Bishorn (4153m)

Day 1: Ascent from Zinal to the Cabane de Tracuit. On the way up, wonderful views to the Zinalrothorn. I leave around 11 o'clock and walk very slowly, partly because of problems with my boots at the heels. I reach the hut around after 5 o'clock, just before the start of some rain. My two colleagues leave much later and get fully caught by the rain, including a medium thunderstorm with some lightning. One of them is shaking when entering the hut.

Day 2: The weather is perfect again. Outside the hut there are a few tents. We leave not too early, maybe 7 o'clock or so. The ascent is not too long and without any problems. Around 10 o'clock or so we reach the summit, with wonderful views of the Weisshorn. Desent on the same route.
