Start beim Parkplatz an der Mainstation Diavolezza 2093m – durch das lange Val da Fain, zur Alp la Stretta 2427m – dann zuerst auf den Piz dals Lej. Anschliessend zu Fuss über den Südostgrat auf den Gipfel des Piz Minor 3049m. Abstieg über den Nordwestgrat und schöne Abfahrt über die Südseite zur Talstation der Lagalpbahn. Gratis mit dem Skibus zurück zum Auto. Der Piz Minor ist ein idealer Skigipfel.
