Walenpfad

Followed the "Walenpfad" signs from the Ristis chairlift station to Rosenbold, Walenalp, Walegg, Oberfeld, and down to the cable car station at the Bannalpsee.

The best views were at Walegg. The restaurants at Walenalp and Oberfeld both looked inviting. The trail was in great condition. The spectacular, exposed trail between Walegg and Oberfeld was nicely secured with railings. Some wildflowers were still blooming. Didn't see any wildlife, just the usual cows (and some goats).

Encountered quite a few parties on the trail, including two large school classes.
