Rifugio Nuvolau

Hiked a clockwise loop around Nuvolau, starting at Passo di Giau. No obstacles on the trail other than two short patches of compact snow on the west-facing slope. The Rifugio Nuvolau was closed for construction, but you could use the tables and benches outside. Lots of wildflowers in bloom everywhere. No crowds, the most people I encountered was around Cinque Torri.
