Rigi Kulm with Snowshoes

With my job I get to show some nice places to foreign students.

In winter the Rigi region with snowshoes is fantastic, even for people who have never used snowshoes before.

There was a fantastic inversion so they had a big ahaaaa when we broke through the fog at ca 1000m and above it was heaven.... 

It is an easy hike on piste or next to piste - for beginners. Also several restaurants along the way - one is never really alone.

After the visit to Kulm we had some Rösti at the Hotel and hiked down to Kaltbad, where the students indulged in the Botta Spa, while I waited outside. Going back down into the fog by cable car was surreal.

Going back to Lucerne from Weggis by boar sipping a nice white wine apero... what a fantastic day working.
