Community notifications and more

Ciao together,

There is a new feature for communities. Now, all members receive a notification not only for posts in forum, but also for photos and reports.
I hope you like it. If you think it generates too much notifications, we will look how to modify it.

UPDATE: Seems that we introduced a bug, but now it's fixed.

UPDATE2: Few other small features:

• New communities will be automatically announced in the newsletter
• Fixed a bug that prevented hikr-code to work in user bio
• Fixed à bug that prevented hikr-code to work with special characters sometimes, like this:  Genève or ←
