Map or not map?

I followed the post Error when trying to open a map in a report talking about the problem of seeing the map on Hikr reports. It claims that the problem was born because Google won't give its map anymore but the user (Hikr in this case) has to pay a license. The post explains that after the 1st of september the map will be on for us.
So the problem should be solved but I see that the behavior of the map is very strange; sometimes appears the old warning and the map becomes locked, some hour later the map works fine.
What's happening?
