October 2013
We went by by car to Hahntennjoch in Austria. From there it is a 2 hour walk to "Falscher Kogel" which is 
2388 m 7833 ft. hight.
Although there was snow some days before, the walk was easy sunny and warm. Only the last part near the peak of the mountain was a little difficult because there were some snow fields. We had good mountain shoes nothing special and we took a rope with us, which we never needed. Just in case, it is better to have one. From the top we had a great view and enjoyed the warm sun.

Hello and Congrats to this nice summit!
I guess the stated climbing difficulty of UIAA II was encountered on a deviation from the normal route due to the snow fields? The difficulty of the normal route is just UIAA I.
