New comm page and user activity menu

Ce matin nous avons fait deux modifs:
  1. La page de communautés à été enjolivé par Anna
  2. Le menu "Activités" ("Aktivitäten") sur les pages "Journal" des utilisateurs et des communautés à été modifié par Stani de manière à montrer le compte de rapports dans chaque activité.

This morning we did two modifications
  1. Page of communities was dramatically improved by Anna
  2. "Activities" ("Aktivitäten") menu on the "Journal" page of users and communities was modified by Stani to show how much reports of activity is there.
