After a rainy day on thursday and a fresh start on this friday, we decided to go for a ice-climbing session on the Glacier de Moiry above Grimentz (VS). Above 2350m the rain turned to snow overnight so it was a nice scene for crossing the glacier and looking for the right place where we could have fun and action with our gear....

Der Samstag den 18. Oktober war eine sonnige, aber dunstige Herbsttag. Wir starteten der Aufstieg vom Parkplatz TeleOvronnaz auf etwa 1380m. Auf der rechter Seite der Salentse (Bach) ging es Richtung Saille, und von Saille weiter auf eine nächste Plateau. Bis Saille gibt es noch viel Grass, danach mehr und mehr Felsen....
