Neue Geo-Tags für CH (+rule proposal)

Hi Geo-Taggers!

We renamed geo-tags for swiss cantons, now you have all tags prefixed with "CH-"

Example:

CH-GR
CH-TI
CH-LU
....

I propose to use the same rule for the administrative division of  all countries. Post here your proposals about other countries, especially Austria, Germany, Italy and France

Old swiss geotags (gr,ti,li,...) will for 1 week redirect to the new version (dir/tag/gr/ => dir/tag/ch-gr/) so don't use them yet, please
