7 days of Moon valleys

Lahaul & Spiti are 2 seperate regions in the Northern State of Himachal Pradesh in INDIA.
The mountains go up to 5000 mtrs and the valleys are only accessible between April and October. The region is cut off from the world between November and March due to Snow. It is a cold desert in places very like leh and Ladakh. Treks are amazingly beautiful and cheap. we did a driving expedition through NH22 that took us 7 days where we took in some scintillating scenery and rough terrain. Kaza valley is the Fossil heritage of the world with marine fossils on display from pre historic times. Sangla Valley is pristine and untouched with great green views. Pin valley again is outstandingly picturesque.
