The highest point of Italy 4760 instead of 4810 is a french topographers invention.
They in 1861-63 about published a map where the highest point of Mont Blanc was completely in France.
The treaty signed by Napoléon III and King Vittorio Emanuele II had a map where the boundary pass through the Mont Blanc summit (4807 - 4810 mt).
