Scovato sul Web; chi era? The first via ferrata in Canton Ticino has been built on Monte Salvatore high above Lake Lugano. The ferrata ascends the NW Face for 250m to the left of the cable car and was created by the Mountain Guides of Ticino together with the Cortina d'Ampezzo Mountain Guides in commemoration of Delio Ossola, the Mountain Guide who died on the Matterhorn in August 1998
