Pacific Creek is the river which I walked along in order to get to and back from the base of the peak. It's home to the federally listed threatened Lahontan cutthroat trout. I was looking for them and actually saw a few and wanted to take a picture too but didn't succeed, because they were too fast and shy. I walked along the river for a bit and saw a huge bug which for some reason was struggling and drowning on the water surface. I zoomed in with my camera and tried to take a picture of the bug, when all of a sudden I saw a big fish mouth through my lens. I immediately took a picture and actually captured the trout catching that bug! (The bug seems to be the black thing on the right center of the picture)
