Geltenhütte

Hiking classification: 2 stars (acceptable)

I wanted to hike from Gsteig and make a considerable longer tour, but forgot to put the alarm clock and woke up too late. Finally, I just made the normal hiking way to the Geltenhütte with Murielle and Stefan. The classification I put (acceptable) may sound a bit negative, but in fact it is a nice road with a lot of water and waterfalls. There was more water than normally at this time of the year due to the quite intense precipitation events and the melting of the snow. At the level of the hut there were still some snow rests. Nice evening in the hut.

Route: Brücke Geltenbach- Undere Freisseberg- Geltenhütte.
