Arthurs Seat - Direttissima

Edinburgh!  a wonderful city. Been there again and again to visit my son.

In the middle: an extinct volcano called Arthurs Seat. Loads of people normally. One way up is very steep and slippery. Eine Alpine Route (fast)! T3+ at least.

Sunday stroll to the top taking the evident gully above the University and scrambling up a few rocks. Back down the tourist route to Edinburgh Royal castle.

The wind was really blowing, the views fantastic, as usual.
